Street art is reeeeally slowly becoming more and more kosher in Finland. A few legal graffiti fences have been put up, first in the "big" cities and consequently in the neighbouring communities (e.g. Kirkkonummi!).
Sure enough the Stop Töhryille -campaign was an epic waste of money that should have been spent on health care, schools, for the benefit of the elderly (the list goes on) - but we could hope stupidities of that scale are in the past now. Couldn't we?
It sure was a pleasure watching these pieces come to existence in Kalasatama last Saturday.
